TRADING PRODUCT

Event contracts

Event contracts are time-based directional positions. You select whether the settlement price will be higher or lower than the entry price after a chosen holding period.

Continuous entryOrders can be placed at any available time. Each order receives its own entry price and settlement time; contracts are not grouped into fixed rounds.

  • The entry price is locked when the order is accepted.
  • The position remains visible under Current Positions until settlement.
  • The result is determined by comparing the settlement price with the entry price.
  • A tie is handled according to the settlement result shown in the order record.
03

TRADING PRODUCT

Perpetual contracts

Perpetual contracts let you take long or short exposure without a fixed expiry. Leverage increases both potential returns and potential losses.

LongA long position benefits when the market price rises above the entry price.
ShortA short position benefits when the market price falls below the entry price.

Market, limit, and trigger orders may be available in the order panel. Take-profit and stop-loss levels can be configured when placing an order or adjusted for an active position.

Deposits and withdrawals

Deposits

Use only the network and asset shown on the deposit screen. A deposit is credited after the required network confirmations.

Withdrawals

Confirm the destination address, network, fee, and expected received amount. Some withdrawals may require review.

Network warningSending an unsupported asset or using the wrong blockchain network can result in permanent loss. Always verify the address and network before transferring funds.
07

COSTS

Fees and rebates

Applicable trading fees, withdrawal fees, and rebates are displayed in the relevant confirmation view or transaction record. Perpetual order history separates gross results, total fees, fee rebates, and net P&L so the final result remains clear.

Always review the final confirmationRates and eligibility can change. The values displayed in the live order confirmation and completed order record take precedence over examples in this guide.

08

IMPORTANT

Risk disclosure

Digital-asset markets are volatile. Event contracts can lose the full amount committed to an order, while leveraged perpetual positions can be liquidated rapidly during adverse price movement. Market data, blockchain confirmations, wallet providers, and network availability may also affect execution and settlement timing.

Trade within your risk toleranceUnderstand the product, review every order, use risk controls where available, and never trade with funds you cannot afford to lose.
